F3 ORTHOTIC
2mm shell, 1/8 Memory foam cushioned top cover, suede forefoot underlay, intrinsic heel. Full length topcover only. Perfect for anyone on their feet all day.
POL EVERYDAY
Standard Flex Shell with 100% memory. ETC top cover for sweat absorption with moisture wicking abilities and 4-way air circulation. Perfect for athletes, work boots and your everyday walking shoes.
POL DRESS REGULAR AND NARROW PUMP
Dress Flex Shell (2mm) with Felt Underlay. Narrow Pump – ideal for Womens Dress shoes. 1/16″ is default, Ideal for Mens Dress shoes, more flexibility, easy to place in shoes that do not have removable liners.
POL ACCOMODATIVE
EVA shell with a soft arch fill, full length diabetic topcover and a Felt underlay. Manufactured in a 3mm Slim and a 6mm Extra. Very comfortable for everyday wear and for patients who cannot tolerate rigid foot orthotics.
POL BIRKENSTOCK
Please specify Built-in. Built-in – EVA build ups to the positive arch contour of your patient. No hard plastic shells utilized. Brown suede covering is professionally cut to conceal beneath the toes. The footwear is non-exchangeable and non-returnable once the FO is built-in.
TURBO RUN
2mm shell, 1/16 ETC top cover, 2mm red proform full underlay, intrinsic heel and diamond plate at the heel. This exciting new design can be used as a substitute for the older POL Sport FO.
TURBO SKATE
1/8 yellow puff with felt top cover, 2mm shell, intrinsic heel with diamond plate at the heel, no underlay.
TURBO GOLF
2mm shell, 1/8 green puff top with soft medial flanges, first met cutouts, intrinsic heel with diamond plate at the heel, 2mm green proform, full underlay.
TURBO SOCCER
2mm shell, 1/16 ETC top cover, 2mm red proform full underlay, intrinsic heel and diamond plate at the heel.
GAIT PLATE (to induce in toe)
Meant to alleviate pain due to rotational foot deformities. The shell extends medially to just under the 1st.
GAIT PLATE (to induce out toe)
Meant to alleviate pain due to rotational foot deformities. The shell extends laterally to just under the 5th.
UCBL
Gives a patient maximum control, rigid and high lateral and medial calcaneal support, and a deep heel cup.
